Jerald is the founding visionary behind TrustLedgerLabs, having established the company under its original identity as NexusAI and steering its strategic evolution from a B2B AI services firm into one of Southeast Asia's most ambitious blockchain infrastructure companies. His leadership has defined the company's conviction-driven approach to technology and its institutional-grade ambitions.

Under Jerald's direction, TrustLedgerLabs has secured multiple enterprise B2B contracts, built a production-ready AI engineering team, relocated operations to Singapore, and initiated development of the proprietary RWA dApp platform and native TLL token. He brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial instinct, technical depth, and strategic long-term thinking to every decision the company makes.

Richard Jackson joined TrustLedgerLabs as Director of Operations, bringing with him a background in technology operations, B2B enterprise delivery, and cross-functional team management. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Richard relocated personally to Singapore last year as a central figure in the company's strategic move — a decision that reflects his personal commitment to the company's long-term mission.

In his role, Richard oversees the day-to-day operational infrastructure of TrustLedgerLabs: project delivery pipelines, client relationship management, regulatory coordination, and the organisational systems required to support both the ongoing B2B services business and the development of the proprietary RWA platform. His operational discipline and systems-thinking approach ensure that TrustLedgerLabs executes with the rigour that institutional partners expect.
